1. Product and seller
Drift Slice is a downloadable sampler and slice sequencer offered by DriftSignal.tv, operated by Stuart Lynch in California, United States. The storefront is slice.driftsignal.tv. For purchase or support questions, contact info@driftsignal.tv.
2. Price, payment and delivery
Drift Slice V4 is offered as a one-time purchase of US $19.95, unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. There is no recurring subscription fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. Any applicable taxes or additional charges that we collect will be shown at checkout.
After a successful payment is confirmed, we provide access to the downloadable plugin files by an electronic delivery link. We may email the purchaser a download or recovery link. Keep the purchase email address accessible for future downloads. No physical product is shipped.
If your download does not arrive, or you lose access, contact info@driftsignal.tv with the email used at purchase. Once purchase recovery is enabled, you can also request a replacement link from the website.
3. Software license
Your purchase grants you a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Drift Slice on computers you use or control, including for commercial music, film, sound design and other creative productions. You own the audio and creative works you make with your own source material, subject to any third-party rights in that material.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the plugin's source code or software. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly post the plugin files for others to download. Drift Slice does not require account sign-in, a license manager or online activation.
4. Compatibility and installation
Drift Slice is supplied as a VST3 plugin for Windows x64 and macOS. It is designed primarily around Ableton Live. Other compatible digital audio workstations may work but are not guaranteed to have been tested. Please verify the listed operating-system and host requirements before purchasing.
macOS notice: Drift Slice is not yet Apple Developer-signed or notarized. macOS may require manual security approval during installation. Install only the package intended for your operating system and follow the included guide.
5. Lifetime upgrades
Your one-time purchase includes future Drift Slice version upgrades at no additional purchase price when those upgrades are released. This does not promise a particular release schedule, perpetual development, ongoing compatibility with future operating systems or indefinite technical support. We will make available upgrades accessible to qualifying purchasers while the distribution service remains in operation.
6. Refunds and purchase disputes
Drift Slice is delivered as a digital download. Once download access has been supplied, change-of-mind purchases are generally not refundable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased file, or a material software defect that we cannot reasonably resolve. Please email info@driftsignal.tv with your purchase email, transaction details and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide assistance, a replacement or a refund when appropriate or legally required.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer protections, including any cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply where you live.
7. No guarantee of particular results
Drift Slice is a creative audio tool, and output depends on the material supplied, settings, computer, audio host and workflow. We aim to provide software materially consistent with the description on the storefront, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every DAW, operating-system revision or third-party plugin. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
8. Contact and updates to these terms
Questions about downloads, purchase records, licensing or refunds can be sent to info@driftsignal.tv. We may revise these terms as the product or sales process changes. Any revised terms will appear on this page with a new update date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights granted under an already completed purchase where prohibited by law.
