1. Who we are
Drift Slice is offered through slice.driftsignal.tv by DriftSignal.tv, operated by Stuart Lynch in California, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email info@driftsignal.tv.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, project details and message you submit.
When purchases are enabled, we receive the purchaser email, order and transaction identifiers, purchase status, purchased product, and information necessary to deliver and recover downloads. We may also process the email address you enter to request a replacement download link.
Our website and hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps and browser information for normal operation, security and abuse prevention. We do not ask you to create a Drift Slice customer account.
Payment-card details are entered into Stripe's hosted checkout, not our website. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
3. Why we use information
- Respond to questions, support requests and contact-form messages.
- Process and verify orders, send receipts and deliver purchased software.
- Allow purchasers to request replacement download links and free updates.
- Detect abuse, investigate disputes, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations.
Purchasing Drift Slice does not, by itself, sign you up for a promotional mailing list.
4. Services that handle information
We use service providers to run the website and the purchase process. These may include Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (contact and transactional emails), Bunny.net (file hosting and delivery) and a database hosting provider (purchase records and recovery), as those features are configured.
These providers process information according to their own policies and our service arrangements. Some processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell customer information or share it with advertisers for behavioral advertising through this storefront.
5. Cookies and analytics
This storefront is designed to work without customer logins. Essential cookies, browser storage, or technical identifiers may be used by hosting and payment providers for security, checkout and service operation. If we introduce optional advertising or analytics technologies, we will update this policy and provide choices where required.
6. How long we keep information
We keep purchase records for as long as reasonably necessary for payment accounting, tax and dispute obligations, fraud prevention and ongoing download or upgrade access. Contact correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, support and related obligations. Security logs are subject to the applicable provider's retention settings.
7. Your choices and rights
You may email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your purchase or correspondence, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Privacy rights vary by location, and we will honor applicable rights. If you ask us to delete the email associated with a purchase, we may not be able to restore your download without another way to verify that purchase.
8. Security, children and changes
We use established service providers and reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Drift Slice is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date.
